6th Asian PGPR International Conference will be held from 18-22 August, 2019 at the Conference Hall of National Library, the most modern congress centers in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. It is equipped with the latest technology; it provides an excellent atmosphere for conferences and exhibitions.

The State Library of the Republic of Uzbekistan was founded in 1870 as the Tashkent Public Library. In 1920 this became the State Public Library of Uzbekistan, and became the legal deposit for Turkestan publications. In 1947 was named after the Uzbek poet Ali-Shir Nava'i. On April 12, 2002 it was renamed the National Library of the Republic of Uzbekistan, receiving the status of "national" under the Decree of the President of the Republic and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.

The venue is located in the heart of the city center. Islam Karimov Tashkent International Airport is the main international airport of Uzbekistan and the 3rd busiest airport in Central Asia is located 12 km from the venue. Many of the hotels, shopping areas, museums and parks are located nearer to the venue and can be reachable comfortably either by foot or by public transport.
